I'm 15, going on 16 this October. im 5'2 about and i thought i was 87 but apparently our scale is wrong. bc my dad went to the doctor and hes ten pounds more than what the scale said. Any ways, Please are there any tips to loosing weight asap? any exercises? or maybe how to get through fasting easily without wanting food soo much? Ways to hide diet so noone find out? maybe also excersises to flatten the stomach? is the 5:2 diet any good or should i try fasting more than 2 days? thanks!
