Im going on holidays in 3 weeks. Ive been excerising for the last 2 weeks and i swim alot. I go cycling 12.5k a day and it doesnt seem to be helping. I do 20 press ups and a belly tightner. Ive also cut down on half the amount of food i usually eat and try to eat more fruit. so far ive only lost 0.9kg? how can i loose chest and belly fat? i way 9 stone! :)im a teenage boy! :)I dont want drugs or anything like that. just excerise
