Will this help me lose weight?

Okay, so first of all. I used to starve myself in attempts of loosing weight. So this is a step up. (Please, don't judge.) So, basically I have one fruit for breakfast. And for supper I eat whatever my parents make. And I make eat a small snack. (Usually a fruit/veggie one.) After supper, but make sure I don't eat after 8. I drink at least 5 cups of green tea each day. And water. Other than that I don't drink juices and pops. I also take a multipurpose vitamin every morning. With weight and such, I'm about 162 I'm 5'11", and I'm 16 years old. I'm a gamer, so I don't go out much. (I try to go for a walk every day, but some days I don't.) How much do you think I'll loose in a month, and what can I do to make the results better. Thanks.
