I know a lot of people who are your height and would kill to be your weight. Honestly, I'd advise dropping 1-3 pounds of fat. You need more calories though or you'll kill your metabolism. There are a ton of tools online to help you find out exactly how many you need. My Girlfriend is currently 5'3" and weighs about 100lbs. She is too thin. That weight is way too thin for your height. - Oh my god. Are you serious? You want to weigh 95 pounds? This is honestly blowing my mind right now. You clearly have an eating disorder. I am not telling you how to loose this weight because you dont need to and I would advise no one else answering it either. You are extreamly underweight, even being 105 pounds is disgusting.
