Help with teen weight loss?

Ok so I'm a teen who has been fat and overweight my whole life I haven't really had any girlfriend because I'm so over weight. I'm obese actually and I just really want to get into shape. I'm 13 years old, 270 lbs and 6ft tall. I was planning on eating 1500 calories a day with balanced protein and fats etc, and dink 80-100 oz of water a day and workout for about 5 hours a week? Will this work for me to lose weight? I know in the first week ill lose about 5-10 lbs and then every week it'll decrease. Is this true? Do I have good info? And will my face get thinner? Will my skin sag? Please just help me? And if I could email someone for advice and motivation it would really help? Please just answer my questions thank you and god bless.

How to Lose Weight Fast - The Healthy Way

Dieting is never the answer. Just saying. Okay, now that we have that clear, I suggest that you just eat less and exercise more. In order to feel full, chew your food slowly. Or you can drink in the water after you swallow each bite. And for the mornings: eat some breakfast, then go outside and walk (if it's not extreme weather). Listen to your music. Listen to nature. You could also run. Running is much more effective. And if these don't work, then try the app calorie counter by myfitnesspal.com and keep track of what you eat. If you keep a food entry and record what you eat, you'll know the cause.

  • Yes that sounds like a good workout plan and diet for you. 1500 calories is a little low but i'm sure you wont have big problems. If you start to get exhausted more and more, you might want to start eating more and i will include a website link for you to to figure out your optimal calorie intake. You are a very tall guy and you have the ability to be a big, strong and handsome man when your older so don't give up! You have a lot of weight to lose and it's going to take time but the good thing is that you have a long time because you're only 13! As for your skin, because you are so young i believe that your skin will not get saggy and is quite elastic at this age.... it shouldn't be a problem at all. I was a big kid as well. I was around 5'10'' and 145lbs at your age and now look at me! You can do it man! feel free to email me if you have anymore questions, my email is on my profile page. • As a teenager, it's important to stay healthy and maintain a weight that is right for your body as you develop into an adult. A few extra pounds leads to various health conditions as you age, such as diabetes, sleep apnea and pregnancy complications, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Unfortunately, many teens turn to unrealistic diets that promise weight loss in an unhealthy way. To accomplish weight loss, you need to establish a lifestyle change, among other things.
