My body hurts after work because we are so busy.... but I don't want to remain my size. I was in a 9 jeans and I lost 20lbs, now I'm a size 4 to 5.. I gained weight cause I quit smoking.... I've never been a size 1 before... id like to know what I can do to obtain this.. I'm depressed with how I look very severly..ppl said I look sick because of all the weight I lost but my pre weight size b4 I quit smoking was 105 ..right now I'm 120.. goal is 94.. I need tips /advice.even a size 1 would make me happy.
