As a teenager, you should not be eating that low at all. YOU WILL STOP GROWING. Teenagers should be gaining weight, because you are developing and growing into an adult. Eat 2000+ calories, even if that means you have to swap out your 1.25 gallons of water for milk or juice. And if you're worried about hydration you should be eating fruits and veggies. I was 160lbs & now im 110! did try the under 500 cal thing and I read some about it and it really isn't that good for you:/ your body needs more nutrients! I think you've got a good exercise going, I really think you should try weight watchers. It's amazing! I used to get called a whale & stuff like that, but the people who used to call me that are now like "oh wow I'm so sorry for making fun of you last year!" ...it's the best feeling ever. - Your just losing water weight if you eat tht many calories your body will think your starving and actually store everything you eat as fat if you want to lose weight eat 1500 calories of preferably fruit and meats your body naturally burnes 3000 calories each day just by keeping you alive
