How to Lose Weight Without Counting Calories

Well, you don't sound crazy. At least no crazier than anybody else.I know lots of crazy people, in fact I'm a few beers short of a six-pack myself (just slightly, not all the way or anything), and so far nothing you've said indicates insanity on your part. That could have been a ghost, as in maybe possibly there's a slim chance, but it could have been lots of things. The part where you're trying to get to sleep is what opens the door to lots of other possibilities. I have a sleep disorder (told ya I'm nuts), so I learned a lot about sleep and how it works over the years. I also believe in ghosts, but only as one possibility and a really slim one. Ghost activity is rare, and I mean rare. Here's a couple of non-ghostly possible explanations.1) You actually did hear something, just not a voice. But because you're entering into sleep mode, your brain didn't pick it up clearly. Then it jolted back awake, sort of said "what the hell was that" and automatically went through your memory looking for everything it heard before for comparison. It settled on someone calling your name, because that's what it sounded like at the time. All this, by the way, happened in a hundreth of a second. Brains work really fast.2) You were starting to dream. I know you were awake, but get this and remember it: Nobody ever said dreams only happen when you're 'fully' asleep. In fact the really vivid memorable ones happen when you're in that place between asleep and awake. Dreams can start running long before you enter stage 1 sleep, and can continue running after you open your eyes and stand up. So there you go. Both of those are very real and very common things people experience when falling asleep, so I know they're both possible. Or it could have been a ghost calling you. I'm not saying which, because I wasn't there with you. (Boy, now THAT would have been creepy if I was. I'm not just crazy, I'm also ugly.) I'll leave the final analysis to you. Which makes more sense, and which involves more making assumptions?Other Answers:
- Not going crazy, you ARE crazy.
- ghosts don't exist. you're probably just hallucinating
- Need more information..you probably are being haunted..come back when you hear or see something.
- Did a family member did recently? It can be personal thoughts.
