I want to lose fat in my stomach so I can be slim and later on allow my abs to pop out. I have 2 dumbbells each 20lbs with adjustable weights. My arms are getting bigger no doubt. I've gained muscle in my arm but thats not the only muscle I want. Will jump roping be good to help me reduce fat since its hard cardio? I know boxers jump rope to gain stability, agility, and stamina. I'm going to play tennis so I need to get in shape. Thanks.
