Is it possible to look the way I want?

Hi I'm a girl I'm 15 almost 16 I'm about 5"8 so I'm tall I weigh 205 which I crazy I've never been this big I've always been chubby but not fat like this..Im not wanting to lose all this weight fast but Is it really realistic to ever be the skinniest I would like to be could i ever be 135 pounds if I worked hard?

With lowered amount of calories and a change of diet, AND vigorous training and exersice, you could reach your weight goal!   • You're suppose to be in the 145-150 since you're pretty tall but being 205 pounds is not good. You have to have a balanced diet, exercise A LOT. Never do crunches. You can't exercise, and not have a diet because eating right plays a REALLY big role in losing weight. I have no idea what exercises you should do so go and look some up, make sure you read the comments, or the reviews. Good luck (:
  • 5'8 is a pretty tall girl.. But yes it is quite possible! As the others said, eat right! DON'T DIET, not eating will cause your body to take fats from the food you do eventually eat, and store them. So I would suggest eating a healthy amount, and do a lot of cardio! That stuff makes you lose wieght. If its possible join some local running club or your schools cross country team. I knew a kid who lost 80 pounds in ONE YEAR from that. Confidence is key, you can do anything if you really want to! Good luck!
