How to Lose Weight Fast on Fable 2

Recommended Answer:

The key to fat loss is not exercise, it's diet.Any exercise will burn calories but no exercise will burn fat unless your diet allows it. You can burn fat in your sleep or you can run all day and never burn any fat. It all depends on your diet. Fat loss is determined by calorie control, not by exercise. Good exercises for burning calories are speed walking, biking, swimming, dancing, etc. and ANY other physical activity which makes you move a lot of weight for a long time. But NO exercise is good for burning fat if you eat too many calories because you can always eat more calories than you can burn but you can't always burn as many as you take in.Too many people waste energy and time because they do not understand this one simple point. The result is too often giving up in frustration, abandoning gym memberships they continue to pay for, and many other unnecessary problems not the least of which is a lack of success. An average person must walk about five miles every day for a week to burn the calories equivalent to a pound of body fat. So, unless you think walking about five miles a day (or doing an equivalent amount of exercise) with no guarantee of fat loss makes sense, focus your fat loss program on diet.Diet for fat loss. Exercise for fitness. To find out how the best minds in nutrition in the world (at the US NIH) have recommended for decades we lose fat, read my answer about how to lose fat --> http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=As615QJM4X_3ID9_05qmmlXty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20111028185603AAVcP4D If you just want to exercise, to anything. Clean your house, do some gardening, watch videos and dance. It doesn't matter what you do if all you want to do is burn calories. How many pounds will you loose if you don't eat for a month?

Trust me I'm not planning on doing this haha. I'm just seriously curious about this stuff. And I know about starvation mode and blah blah blah. But eventually after a few days, starvation mode will ware off right? And then you start loosing weight. And I also know how harmful it is and u could die and it effects u in the future. That's why I'm not doing it lol. I'm just curious. Around how many pounds will you loose in a month if you ate nothing at all besides drinking water. And what about 2 weeks? Thanks!:)Ten points to the best answerrr

How to Lose the Flab After Losing Weight

This is completely awful and I probably shouldn't answer. Starvation mode doesn't 'wear off'; you just run out of nonessential muscle for your body to cannibalize and eventually move on to fat. Also, unless you fast while you are bedridden, you WILL faint. Its not optional. I passed out backstage during a drama performance and my teacher refused to let me on stage, even though I was only out for a minute. But you will lose weight (and gain it back once you start eating again). I got to where I lost about .8lb a day, but I couldn't continue longer than 9 days. Don't ever even try to fast, thats how I got this stupid disorder. I was fine until I experimented, then it became an addiction. Its not worth it. You just diet until you hate yourself, then diet because you hate yourself, then diet so you won't hate yourself anymore...and repeat.

Other Answers:

  • Ask a dietician or Dr.
  • A month? Youd lose all your weight.. After you completely decomposed. Unless you have a good amount of excess fat, you will not survive not eating a month.
  • Well it all depends how much your body weighs and how much calories and carbs you intake a day...and how drastic it will be for your body not to have anything that your used to eating and how good your body breaks down sugar But il just go by an average American around 120 pounds and say maybe around 40 for a month and maybe 15-20 In two weeks
  • you would pass out long before 30 days was up
  • You don't need to starve yourself if you want to lose some weight. Try the atkins diet if you want to lose in a healthy way. Or better yet, use some supplements that could help you shed those extra pounds. like this one on the link.http://36454bzchrxnlcq6nbkktimksf.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=FATLOSS1408I hope that helps :)

How can I motivate my father to lose weight?

My father is about two hundred pounds overweight. In the past, he lost roughly one hundred pounds, but gained it all back. He has been working out quite a bit, but he won't stop eating the processed sugars and fats that are hurting him. He knows his eating habits need to change, but they aren't changing. I would like to find a way to help him, but I feel uncomfortable talking about weight loss and proper diet to him. I just love him so much, and I want him to be around for a long time, but if he keeps this up, that's not going to happen. How can I help him?

I appreciate your love for your dad. Thanks for reaching out. Search for "Rachel Parent youtube"; she's 14 and may inspire you. Best wishes! He will continue to do what he wants, that's his freedom and right as an adult, as long as he's within the law, or can evade it. Here's what I would do. First, I would volunteer to go food shopping or go with whoever does it. There are some healthy foods that are cheaper than most all others (beans, brown rice, buck wheat, whole grain wheats, potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, tomato sauce), not all are low carb, but by fixing a lot of foods with these could free up dollars for more veggies, nuts. This also gives you complete control over all the ingredients and how much sugar is in them. I get mine at Costco and Winco (great bulk section and good veggies).I would learn to cook, keep lots of good, low carb dishes and snacks available, at least as much as you can. Fixing a couple a week will be a good start. My two favorites are chili and Greek/Pico salads. Get a couple books to learn what is really healthy: Fit for Life (has recipes), and Forks Over Knives or Eat to Live.Cooking beans with rice will create a complete protein, but rice is high in carbs, so only have enough to balance the diet. There are lots of different kinds of beans, peas, lentils, and lots of recipes online. I do a crock pot each weekend.A fresh Chinese Chicken salad is mostly cabbage, a good Greek or Pico salad is in the middle, if you don't add lettuce it will keep for a 2-3 days in the fridge. Then I fix my own breads and cakes (low-healthy-sweeteners), based on no-egg, no-milk recipes.A lot of time when we think we're hungry one of three other things could be going on:1. We're actually thirsty2. We need some nutrition3. Our stomach did not get the full feeling because we ate high density, high calorie foods, instead of more bulk, more raw foods. If you only ate veggies, you would have a hard time staying fat.To give you the ideal end picture, I would stop buying any drinks from the store, only drink water and enough fruit to satisfy snacking. Then follow these tips...go for a walk with him, ask him to take you to a park or teach you to do something, or throw a Frisbee, 20 minutes a week.Health rules I'm distilling:1. Water intake is the biggest, easiest, cheapest thing you can do for your health, research Water Calculator2. Most people should take a multi-vitamin3.
