What food can i eat to gain weight?

I have a fast metabolism and im trying to gain weight for this tournament in a month. What food make me gain weight? (Bananas, oatmeal, etc)... Thank You :)

I've been skinny all my life, i'm 19, girl, 5'10 and 115LB's. I like to be active, i work out (Lift) 1-4 times week, and I take my dog for walks, and i also ride my bike on a tougher gear maybe 1-3 times a weekI don't really watch what i eat, i eat whatever i want, and i eat a lot... Mostly carbs, pasta, bread, peanut butter, fruit etc. Not too much of a meat eaterI have a fast metabolism... WIll all this exercise make me lose weight? or tone me? I want to lose fat in my stomach so I can be slim and later on allow my abs to pop out. I have 2 dumbbells each 20lbs with adjustable weights. My arms are getting bigger no doubt. I've gained muscle in my arm but thats not the only muscle I want. Will jump roping be good to help me reduce fat since its hard cardio? I know boxers jump rope to gain stability, agility, and stamina. I'm going to play tennis so I need to get in shape. Thanks.
