I want to lose weight, but I still weigh the same?

I've been trying to lose weight by eating a handful size of one meal a day. I do not care if I'm not eating enough. I jog laps everyday. I've been doing this for 6 and a half months. I don't even eat fatty foods, but I have not gained or lost a single pound. I'm 120 lbs and I want to be really really skinny. I don't want any muscle or fat.

Recommended Answer:

Eating one large meal a day won't help you lose weight it's better to eat less and more frequently . Why? Because you keep your metabolism going therefore losing more calories . Idk maybe like 6 small meals a day. (Including snacks) good luck !

  • Try shifting food types to trick your body
  • If you don't have any muscle or fat you will be dead. There is no doubt about it. Even have body fat of less than 10% is unhealthy. It also looks horrible.Based on this you do eat more than a handful each day: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ArMgnsFamWlIS0htxntLrRLsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20130722222920AAcf2VFWhich actually is a good thing!
