Zumba will help you burn fat and give you some strength training and toning but not necessarily much. Zumba 2 fitness for the wii has lots of squats and body undulations for instance which really work the muscles. Aerobics classes are generally pure cardio. Yoga will increase your flexibility whilst toning and Pilates is goo for strength training but neither really burn fat. I found Zumba and other dance classes (LOVE belly dance) helped me the most combined with 15 minutes twice a day on strength training and three 30 minute runs per week and a little yoga here and there (in the mining to help me wake up, at night to help me sleep, before and after running for the stretch, after belly dance for back flexibility, etc). All about the combinations no one thing does it all.
