How to lose 20 pounds in 2 months?

I'm 13, 4 ft. 11 in. and I weigh 136 pounds. I've lost 11 pounds so far but my weight is staying at 136 and its not going down any further, even though I'm sticking with my diet and exercise. And yes I know I'm 13 but I'm not losing weight the unhealthy way. I'm trying to get down to 115 pounds before I go into highschool in a year and I need to know the most effective ways to lose weight safely and in a healthy way.
