Okay what you need to understand, is that weight loss is 90% diet. Here's what you do. Starting immediatly, only drink water. (after 3 weeks you'll be used to it, and you'll only crave water trust me.) Second eat 3 times a day, balanced whole natural foods, no processed junk. If you're going for weight loss I highly recommend, (and so do experts google it). A high protein diet. You have to force yourself to stay on this diet. I promise you it'll get easier over time. Google circuit training for exercises, trust me it shreds fat. And good luck. Think this, if you're not motivated to drink only water, how will you ever lose weight?

  • Question…how did you manage to accumulate 50 pounds of fat reserves eating food that you did not use to be physically active?50 pounds x 3,500 calories = 175,000 calories of extra calories you ate but did not use.HOW can you eat 175,000 calories and not use them?!?Some people can do that in 10 or 20 years, gaining 2.5 to 5lbs/years but you're only 15.How come you did not even get the nutrients if you're 4'10 short, shorter than an average anorexic 12yo. but you're 15yo and overweight. Not even using 1,750 calories/week (half a pound of fat reserves like 350 calories of exercising 5 times/week with 2 rest days) for a hundred weeks (about 2 years) provided you ate enough to cover your BMR + growth. You should seek medical help not just because you're overweight but because you're short and could have some thyroid issues if you did not use any of those extra 175,000 calories to even grow to a normal height. You should be 5'4 tall, even 5'8 and very tall if you ate 175,000 calories too many so those 10 missing inches = 10 x 5 pounds = you look 50 pounds overweight just because you're short.
