How to Lose Weight Properly

First, if it's not that noticeable unless your shirt is off, you're probably fine, honey. Here are some tips on how to be less bloated/look trimmer:--Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day!--Eat smaller meals more often.--Eat loads of fiber.--Focus on eating lots of natural, unprocessed foods.--Do some light exercise: maybe walk for 45 minutes a day?If you do all those things, you'll probably look a bit slimmer! 3 weeks isn't loads of time, but you can make a difference big enough to boost your confidence:)Good luck sweetie!

  • Losing belly fat is almost all diet. Try a vegan diet. No meat, or dairy, or eggs. Eat mostly raw foods (fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds) and limit your carbs.
  • 1. Dont worry about it, no one will see it, but if you really HAVE to lose weight then start running around your neighborhood every other day or join some sports. Also, if you drink whole or 2 % milk go down to 2 or 1 % milk it can make a huge difference. And your height to weight ratio is average compared to most americans
  • ask your mom about ways to eat healthier, maybe ask her to make salad one night instead of pasta. whenever you watch tv and commercials come on, do crunches (sit ups), that way it wont seem like a workout, but if you watch tv for two hours, you will totally burn calories. Dont be too stressed out about your weight. Your weight and height are perfect. Dont let society's stupid stereotypical ways go to your head. Just be yourself, beauty is within. Hope this helps! Have an amazing middle school experience!

How to Lose Weight After Kids

Okay what you need to understand, is that weight loss is 90% diet. Here's what you do. Starting immediatly, only drink water. (after 3 weeks you'll be used to it, and you'll only crave water trust me.) Second eat 3 times a day, balanced whole natural foods, no processed junk. If you're going for weight loss I highly recommend, (and so do experts google it). A high protein diet. You have to force yourself to stay on this diet. I promise you it'll get easier over time. Google circuit training for exercises, trust me it shreds fat. And good luck. Think this, if you're not motivated to drink only water, how will you ever lose weight?

  • Question…how did you manage to accumulate 50 pounds of fat reserves eating food that you did not use to be physically active?50 pounds x 3,500 calories = 175,000 calories of extra calories you ate but did not use.HOW can you eat 175,000 calories and not use them?!?Some people can do that in 10 or 20 years, gaining 2.5 to 5lbs/years but you're only 15.How come you did not even get the nutrients if you're 4'10 short, shorter than an average anorexic 12yo. but you're 15yo and overweight. Not even using 1,750 calories/week (half a pound of fat reserves like 350 calories of exercising 5 times/week with 2 rest days) for a hundred weeks (about 2 years) provided you ate enough to cover your BMR + growth. You should seek medical help not just because you're overweight but because you're short and could have some thyroid issues if you did not use any of those extra 175,000 calories to even grow to a normal height. You should be 5'4 tall, even 5'8 and very tall if you ate 175,000 calories too many so those 10 missing inches = 10 x 5 pounds = you look 50 pounds overweight just because you're short.
