Do a lot of different deep breathing exercises to expand the lungs. You can also focus on working on your legs strength and try to increase them by doing squats, running, biking, etc. I'm not exactly sure about what you mean as "waves" but if you are talking about running, then practice by running. If you are talking about some form of swimming, then try to swim laps. Practice of the same activity you are trying to do can increase you ability to complete the challenge. In 6 weeks our year level is going on ski camp, and I really want to go. But we need to pass a 'Beep test', in which we need to run continuously for 5 waves (at least). I'm very unfit, I can't even accomplish this relatively low number of waves. So, I need to get fit and fast. I'm very skinny so don't worry about any exercises focused on weight-loss. I just need to increase my breath capacity.. or something :)Please help!
