Okay so I stopped working out for a month or maybe a month and some days and I've been eating a lot of junk food and fast food and I've gained 10 pounds and well I only have 2 weeks to get in shape how much weight can I lose oh yeah I going to run on the treadmill which I burn 400 calories and I'm also going to do the air climber for 20 mins and I'm going to eat healthy again I'm 14 and I weigh 135 I'm also 5'1 so how much can I lose in those 2 weeks best answer gets 10 points
