Hi im 15 years old and my weight is 188 pounds. im 5'4 and all of my weight is mostly in my thighs. I have tried everything to get rid of the weight but I just cant. I gained a lot of weight last year because my grandma died. I use to weigh 145. I want to be back at 145. I have tried everything to lose weight but its just impossible for me to lose it. I can hardly fit into any of my jeans that I wore last year and I dont like it. School starts back in a month and I want to lose all my thigh weight and some in my stomach but I just need help on how to lose all that weight in order for me to fit into my jeans again. please help!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to say this but weight loss is a long process, if you lose weight fast (40 lb a month) you will most likely gain it all back and is not healthy. Eat meals but cut it in half. and excersize everyday and focus on thigh workouts and stomach workouts. remember to be patient and the best of luck to you
