How can I get a better body for girls holiday?

Hey, I'm going on a girls holiday in about a month and have left it a little late to do all my plans to lose weight etc. However I still think I have some time left to tone up a little. At the moment I have been running maybe once a week and haven't seen a change. I don't think I'm overweight but I'm definitely not skinny and my main frustration is my stomach and my thighs/bum. I don't have a very specific diet, I tend to not eat for long periods of time and only properly eat when I am stoned which is becoming more frequent. The only foods I do really eat is crisps, olives and pasta (exotic right). Does anyone have any suggestions for toning up and maybe losing a little weight in this short space of time? (please bear in mind I don't have loads of money to spare for crazy foods and gym memberships) thanks all :)

First thing is to not starve yourself, it actually makes your body go into fat storing mode. You also should exercise more than just once a week. It should be a little every day even if its a light walk or bike. If you want to run, maybe 3 times a week would be good, but do not go too far in so that you pass out. Go with what your comfortable with. For food: Try to stay away from too many sweets, and to curve the craving eat fruit, or dark chocolate (not too much). Balance your meals. Have carbs, and a good amount of protein and vegetables/fruits. Not too many carbs, or protein, but enough so that you won't be starving 2 hours later.Have snacks frequently, (unless your stuffed) consisiting of fruit, nuts, crackers, healthy things.NO SODAS, only water and lighter fruit drinks. It is good to have a light sweet every few days or so, so that if you have a terrible sweet tooth, you don't lose control. Exercise regularly-lightly one day, and go a little more the next. Maybe a bike ride, play a sport, go running, crunches, sit ups, pushups.and remmeber dont freak out over your weight:) its good that you are trying
