Can someone help me on my weight lose journey?

I need a good food and workout schedule that will give me great results. Please no extremely nasty foods. :-). I'm 5'3 and weight 220. :-( I just need to lose weight and I need support no mean comments just the really helpful ones. I just need to know what foods and exercises I should do daily so that I can finally lose this weight. :-). I need the schedule to show when I should eat and what I should eat. Thanks so much. You'll be changing my life. :-)

WELL IF YOUVE NEVER EXERCISE BEFORE START OFF WITH BRISK WALKING AND AFTER A MONTH START RUNNING FOR 2 MINUTE AND WALKING FOR 2 MIN. DO SQUATS, PLANKS, AND PUSHUPS TO GET TONE TRUST ME IF YOU JUST LOSE THE WEIGHT YOUR GONNA LOOK FLOOPY SO PLEASE DO WEIGHT TRAINING . ON THE FOOD NOO SODA AND TRY AND EAT 4 TIMES A DAY SMALL MEALS. I ATE THE SAME FOODS I WOULD EAT I JUST ATE SMALL PORTIONS AND MADE SURE IT WAS A HOME COOK MEALS. AFTER 2 MONTHS OF WHAT I TOLD YOU I LOST LIKE 35 POUNDS. OH YEA AND NO JUNK FOOD ONLY LIKE ONCE A WEEK IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO HAVE IT BUT MAKE SURE YOU EAT LESS THAT DAY YOU EAT JUNK FOOD AND DONT EAT ALOT!!
