I need help! Fast!! Anything helps.?

I'm 18 and I've never had the body that I've wanted. Currently, I'm 5'7" and 143 pounds. I know that's considered "normal weight" but I have a double chin, fat arms, big thighs, and a bulging midsection (like a beer belly, but I don't drink.) I've tried everything and I can't seem to lose weight, or well, get into shape -- because I would just like to be toned and not feel so self conscious.I am never hungry and I don't eat much. (Today I had about ten low sodium whole wheat Triscuits) and all I drink is water. I realize that I under eat, but sometimes I literally can't get myself to eat more than that without feeling sick. Some days I will eat three whole meals, some days I eat two meals, sometimes one meal. It really depends, but I always eat healthy foods (I'm a vegan) so I don't think my eating habits are bad. (I never try to eat less, I always eat as much as I can...which is usually not much, but it's not intentional) I've gone to many doctors and I've been tested for food allergies, thyroid problems, and I've even seen a gastroenterologist but everything comes up normal.I'm also very active. I take extremely intensive ballet classes for 2 hours, four times a week, which is mostly muscle building and not too much cardio. I take jazz and hip hop classes twice a week and for an hour each, which is high paced and a lot of cardio (I do usually eat more on the days I take dance - Monday (ballet), Tuesday(ballet and jazz),Thursday(ballet),Saturday(ballet and hip hop)). I walk my dog every night for an hour, as well. After doing all of that, I am still overweight. My mom is 5'3" and barely 100 pounds, and my father is 6'1" and really lanky. No one in my family has a problem with their weight and I'm just so confused. I don't know what's going on! Please please please help!!Here's a picture for reference: http://i39.tinypic.com/amzb5s.jpg

How to Lose Weight with Thyroid Problems

Recommended Answer:

I looke at the picture and your body isn't even close to what I was picturing. You're BARELY bigger than average. The only thing I notice (I am not intending to sound offensive) is that you could tone the sides of your stomach which was my main issue before I lost weight ( we have similar body types) the way that I would reccommend losing the weight would be to do a lot of side-crunches/side-sit-ups and some side leg lifts. If you don't know what these are, google them!!!I hope I could help!!! :)
