Getting slim/abs (15 year old boy)?

I'm not fat but I do have a little fat on my stomach/belly and small moobs. I wanna slim down for summer and hopefully get abs or just a flat stomach. I've stared to diet by replacing fizzy drinks with water and juice and cutting down on sugary foods. This is the exercise I'm doing now. (50 sit-ups , 15 mins of running on the spot , 100 star jumps , 10 sit-ups , 100 more star jumps) (Doing all of that usually takes about 30 mins) If I do this exercise Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and Friday will I start to slim down and hopefully start to develop abs?
