How to Lose Weight With Portion Control

Recommended Answer:

No. I haven't had a sweet tooth in decades and I'm diabetic. Sometimes just smelling sugar (like when someone bakes) makes me a bit queasy and I can't go into candy shops where they make candy on the premises. Just turns my stomach. Not all diabetics gain weight. Many actually lose weight, especially if they are injecting insulin. But some diabetic do gain weight because their bodies don't burn off the blood glucose as it should and it gets stored in fats cells instead.
