I've been working out for 9 months now. I go to the gym 3-5 days a week. I do ab stuff everyday, and switch every other day between cardio and weight lifting. I eat very healthy and watch my calories, proteins, carbs and all that. I cannot get rid of my under belly pooch and muffin top. I also have loose skin everywhere which makes me feel terrible about myself. I was never fat just pudgy have probably lost about 10 pounds (most turned to muscle) but just can't get rid of my lower belly. I have abs but my lower belly sticks out. Its really annoying. Can anyone tell me from experience what they have done? Please don't say eating right or working out because I do both. I was thinking it could possibly be my birth control?
