what are some super healthy snacks to eat before a workout?

ive cut off about 90% of processed foods from my diet, and have started working out everyday. in the last 5 days ive lost 7 pounds! ill wake up at aroun 7 and eat a special K breakfast sandwich. then a banana or a piece of fruit an hour later and then go to the gym. is there any kind of energy drink or bar thats healthy for me to have right before a workout? i need the energy and something that helps burn fat! any snack ksuggestions are welcome!

P.s. Is Special K that special? Check the ingredients and I think you''ll find it has lots of sugar in it. They sell the Cereals as "Low Fat". This is true as sugar isn''t fat. But sugar increases ones insulin level and the higher the insulin level the greater the amount of fat is stored. A successful diet will be low in simple sugars/carbs. The best cereal imho is Kelloggs Shredded Wheat (that''s what it''s called in the UK, I think the names are slightly different in the US). Just 100% Whole Wheat grain, nothing else.
