How much weight can i lose in 2 months? wanting to tone up?

I am very good at procrastinating, so of course I''ve waited until the last months before summer to get in shape. I am a Female at 5''6 and 137 pounds. I''m not overweight but I definitely have some "flab" I want to get rid of. My question is how much weight could I lose in two months (for someone my size) ? I do about 2 hours of cardio 5 times a week, and I have been eating healthier. My main problem area is my stomach, what are the best exercises/food for weight loss in that area? Thank you, any other advice is welcome!

The best way to loose weight is gradually so you won''t be as likely to put it back on. It sounds like you only need (or want) o loose about 5-10 pounds which is most definitely doable in a period of two months! Remember:
1) the weight is not going to come off overnight
2) eat clean for 6 days of the week and treat yourself on the 7th. well, you don''t need to do this but it works for a lot of people :-)
3) by ''eating clean'' I don''t mean just salads or whatever. Don''t believe those ''dont eat carbs after lunch'' things etc., eat a big breakfast of something like muesli, fruit and a slice of toast with fat free peanut butter or jam - a medium lunch of fish or chicken with salad, and a tiny dinner of pasta, fish (not if you''ve eaten it for lunch lol), low fat curry. Of course these are just suggestions :-)
4) exercise regulary! As often as you can. I know its hard, im a procrastinator too, but do it whenever you have time. Running and cycling are the two that work best for me, but I also like going to the gym - treadmill, cycling machine, rowing machine, eliptical. Check out pop pilates on YouTube, the girl that does it is awesome.
5) never ever give up. No matter how hard it gets. OH, and weigh yourself in the morning after you''ve got up so water bloating etc. aren''t an issue.
