So here''s what I had today: it''s my first day of my diet, how does it sound to you?

Breakfast- one slice of toast with low fat jam

Lunch- tuna salad

Snack- apple, banana, handful of roasted corn nuts

Dinner- cereal bowl of cabbage dolmeh in tomatoe sauce (made from scratch)

Mug of green tea
