Eat anything you want, just stick to the schedule - cut out all junk, eat only boiled veg, I know this works as I have been on this diet for another reason. i had an issue with bacteria in my tummy and so was given some pills and told to avoid all sugar natural and refined. Its tough and incredibly boring but it works if you really want to do it you can. I eat nuts when i want to snack on something and drink only water

I used to be a constant eater myself but after changing my diet(Having 3 full meals and snacking on fruits) I find that I will naturally stop eating all the time. Somehow your body will figure that there is a time for food and naturally you won''t have the urge to eat.
You may also want to start with a calorie counter(I use ''My FitnessPal'' really good stuff!),it really makes you conscious of the amount of calorie you take in. You can download it on your smart phone and keep count!
After the change in diet you will naturally start losing weight but be patient with it and don''t give up!
Of course you got to exercise too;running,swimming or cycling. I recommend cycling cause it''s fun and easy:)
