BQ If I can''t get abs or anything with just that for around a month, how long then?
Three Reasons Why You Should Lose Weight
Recommended Answer:
The results are that you will maybe sweat a little during the exercise depending on the temperature.
100 sit ups a day won''t get you anywhere until you actually learn to workout your abs at the right intensity so your abs gets the soreness a day or few days after. When you workout your muscle tissue gets torn apart from the stress that is added to the muscle, then they recover to adapt to the new stress added which makes the muscle bigger and stronger than before.
Cardiovascular exercise is not ideal for those wanting to lose weight. Though doing so much cardiovascular exercise will show effect, like those who are in a marathon, or loves to dance, etc. Most people whose mind set is to "lose weight by doing some cardio" won''t see much progress, because it can be one of the most time-consuming way to see progress, and the results can fade away quickly by just eating out of the strict diet for a day for some.
Most people who does everyday cardio are just losing water weight through sweat. Drink a sip of water and it''s like you did nothing. If you want to burn the fat, actual fat, you may need to concentrate on weight training. Build muscle, increase your metabolic rate. Increased metabolic rate means your body will be burning more calories, and this burns away the excess body fat.
If you''re a female and are worried about getting a body like a bodybuilder, don''t be. As long as you don''t eat like one and train as intense like one, you wouldn''t get bulky.
Unless you''re clearly overweight don''t quickly judge your progress by just looking at the scale. You could have gained a pound or two, but it''s possible that you could have actually lost few percent of body fat and just have extra weight added from muscle, waste, food in your body. If you''re still growing, you could have gained the weight through weight from organs, and growth in bones.
- You won''t get abs in a month, but you shouldn''t kill yourself trying either. Its a life time effort and you can''t expect over night things like this. People train for years to get rock hard abs. You not get it in a month
Keep working at it and stay healthy and dnt be discouraged
Cheers - that sounds good enough. you should add some pushups too, maybe 50 at least.
- Abs r like any other muscle and u got to work hard and diet well and drink lots of water ! Train it just like ur biceps! But not the same excercises of course
- Incorporate cardio in your workouts to burn fat on top of your abs.
- Once you get abs, they won''t stay forever. You have to keep exercising right so that the abs will stay.
