Will I lose weight if I eat between 1200 and 1800 calories per day...?

Leaning towards the 1800 side most days. I also workout for an hour 6x per week (strength and cardio mix), drink 2 cups of green tea most days, and 8 cups of water every day. And I do a 24 hour fast one day per week.
I''m 5''2'''', 131 pounds, and my goal weight is 110. I want to be down to at least 119 by May 1st. Will I lose weight doing this, and can you estimate how much I''ll lose per week (say... eating 1300 2 days per week, 1750 4 days, and only about 300 the day I fast)? Or do I need to make sure I stay under 1600?
