You don''t want a lecture? This diet is retarded and whoever made it should go die for not knowing anything about nutrition while claiming to. You want to lose weight? Eat lots of chicken breast,fish, whole grain rice, drink 3-5 litres of water a day for a month and run in the morning. I bet you will lose 3x more weight and be healthier than this
