Eat fish, skinless chicken, liver and other seafood. Eat many whole grains such as brown rice and whole grain bread. Eat whole produce raw such as apples, broccoli and celery. Eat a lot of healthy food, and limit if not completely avoid all sugars, salts and processed foods. Oh you said unhealthy, well skinny people aren''t always pretty remember that. You need to be healthy for good looks.

    I had an eating disorder for 6 years, and it''s super annoying when girls ask for "unhealthy" ways to lose weight at any cost.
    Harming yourself to lose weight means you either have a mental illness, or are just being very stupid.
