Hi there so i gained ALOTTTT this winter like wtf? I became very lazy when i told myself last fall that this wouldnt happen but it did soooo starting tomorrow i want to start exersizing! What i have in mind is every sunday in febuary, i would play Just Dance (the "sweat it off" part) then either do a half hour on the exersize bike or a half hour of jogging then 10 minutes of jumping jacks/push ups/crutches/curl ups etc. then in march, i would do every saturday and sunday. then in april, every weekend and wednesday. then may every weekend, monday, friday, and wednesday. then in june i would workout everyday. (i dont really have the time to go drive to an actual gym or anything so this is the best i can do for home that i can think of. then i wanted to find some recipies for food to make at home that still taste good, like less carbs/calories etc. SOOO let me just say im unhappy with my stomach/thys/upper body/arms. Im not the biggest girl in the world but who doesnt wana look nice and skinny over the summer? I always looked so big in bathing suits and stuff and its alittle upsetting for me. So please; my question is, what are some good weight loss plans/exersize rutines/diet recipies/anything that would help? THANKS xxx! Also, im sorry for bad spelling, im dyslexic lol. Thanks
Easy Ways to Lose Weight and Burn Excess Fat Safely

This is a perfect question for me.
I''ve actually had the opposite problem, where I was underweight and wanted to *gain* weight. But there are plans that support both.

My Fitness Pal asks you about how much you weigh, your height, etc., then it asks you for your goal weight and when you want to weigh this much. Based off of that, My Fitness Pal tells you how many calories it is that you should eat PER DAY, and you can also record exercise. This can be done without exercise and just proper eating, but exercise makes the process faster. My Fitness Pal helps you lose weight and be healthy and happy at the same time. It is also an android and iPhone application for when you''re on the go. If not, you can simply write down the number of calories there are in an item (or simply remember the name and search for it on My Fitness Pal). Trust me, this definitely works. And it is FREE.
No, I do not work for this website, I simply use it and I think it is amazing.
