Losing thigh weight quick?

Doing squats and things, does that actually help? I want to one my thighs and its almost impossible for me. If it does work, how many should I do and how many times a day? Also, any other suggestions for quick ways to tone my thighs would be appreciated. 5 stars

You should consider running everyday. You''ll loose more fat more you run and your leg muscle will start to burn away the fat and building muscle.

  • Doing squats doesn''t help you lose fat. They''re strength training and for building muscle. Cardio and a slight calorie deficit from your maintenance calorie needs will help you reduce fat (ie: lose weight). but it comes off all over your body, you can''t target fat loss.

    If you aren''t doing so already, use weights while doing squats (other exercises). You should reach muscle exhaustation in 8-12 reps and do 3 sets. Full body workouts would be more beneficial than just targetting problem areas.
