How to lose weight?!?

Let me begin by giving you some info on myself: I''m 16, 5''7", around 155lbs, and I have 32C breasts. I really need to lose belly fat and back fat, well, just fat in general. How can I get around 130? I drink loads of water, and I usually skip breakfast and just eat lunch and dinner, sometimes a snack. I don''t exercise a lot, but when I do, I tend to dance for exercise. Is this okay or do I need to run etc? My parents don''t buy very healthy food, but they buy some. Please give any advice possible - I really need to lose weight and get healthy! Never skip breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. Not eating Breakfast, can result to a very slow metabolism; making it very hard for you to lose weight. Make sure you plan out your breakfast. You could have- Cereal and toast. Oatmeal and a fruit. Cereal and a sandwich. Just make sure you eat something for breakfast. And make sure that "something" is "something" healthy.

You dancing for exercise, is perfectly okay. You are still burning calories. But, you should exercise sometimes too. Don''t have an exercise regimen? 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 Squats, 20 Sit Ups, 10 Pushups. There you go. Do that exercise every two days.

Drink plenty of water. 6-8 glasses a day. Water helps flush out any leftover toxins still in your body. Also, it makes your skin clear. (Can help alot if you have acne!)

Eat Fruits and Veggies- You mentioned your family doesn''t buy that much fruit, but they buy them. Be sure that when they buy them, you take advantage of those fruits. Eat them when you feel hungry, or when you feel like eating something unhealthy. Fruits and Veggies are really good for your skin, hair, nails, and immune system. And be creative with the fruits!
