Is it bad to have diarrhea everyday?

I just started taking cellucor super hd about 5 days ago and I have diarrhea everyday. Sometimes a few times a day. I started taking it so that I could get lean but my tummy looks fatter and I think it''s because I''m bloated and need to have regular poop. So anyways before I started taking it I went to the dr because I was having issues with my digestion and was told that I might have ibs so now I think that these pills have made it worse. Should I stop taking them?
I stopped taking them today. Believe it or not I actually do eat really clean and drink over a gallon of water a day but just have trouble with the lower stomach fat. I also feel that I can never flatten it because I have digestion issues. Everyone kept telling me that super HD is really good but I guess not for me. Yes my tummy felt flat and nice in the morning but by the evening time I don''t feel so good. Thanks
