I have been consuming tomatoes, berries, carrots and mostly all green veggies without gaining weight. I have read that those foods aid in fat burning and are very low calorie dense. Therefor loaded with nutrients and its extremely hard to pack on pounds.

  • that picture is ugly. she is way too skinny. im a guy here. we dont want that skinny; skinny has nothing to do with it (at all). we want curves. that is what is attractive; so do some exercise. work the thighs, legs, bug, core, all the major muscle groups. keep eating how you are if you want to tone down and build muscle, which will make you skinnier and healthier looking without being unhealthy looking, like the girl in the picture you showed us

Is it bad to have diarrhea everyday?

I just started taking cellucor super hd about 5 days ago and I have diarrhea everyday. Sometimes a few times a day. I started taking it so that I could get lean but my tummy looks fatter and I think it''s because I''m bloated and need to have regular poop. So anyways before I started taking it I went to the dr because I was having issues with my digestion and was told that I might have ibs so now I think that these pills have made it worse. Should I stop taking them?
I stopped taking them today. Believe it or not I actually do eat really clean and drink over a gallon of water a day but just have trouble with the lower stomach fat. I also feel that I can never flatten it because I have digestion issues. Everyone kept telling me that super HD is really good but I guess not for me.
