I''ve recently (three days ago) given up meat and I plan to stick to it.
I''m also on a diet but I eat three meals a day and I drink plenty of water. Advice? How do I make the hunger go away?

- Problem right there when on diet eating three meals is why you ate hungry. They say you should eat 5 small meals. Breakfast , snack, lunch, snack and dinner. I do insanity and been loosing 1-2 pounds a week
