My normal workout is about thirty minutes of workout machines such as lat pull down, the twisty one that works your abs, the bench press machine, and so on. I "warm up" with about twenty-thirty minutes of walking on treadmill at a very brisk pace (I have stubby legs)....
About 3.2-3.9 mph...I go up and down depending on how tired I get. I keep it on 15 incline (the highest you can go).
After my warm up, I do the weights, I do another 20-30 minutes of the treadmill.
If my boyfriend is still working out I get on the bike to cool down.
If I do this 5 times a week, will I lose weigjt? I am very conscious of what I eat. Yea I''ll eat pizza or wHatever but I count my calories.
"my fitness pal" is the app I use and it says I need to eat 1200 a day and I usually stay around 1000 easily then after I work out its about 800. I know that''s unhealthy but that is me eating unhealthy and only getting that many calories. So I figured eating more would cause weight gain.
Whoever can help me lose the weight with a well explained answer will get 5 stars :) thanks!
How To Lose Weight With Low Carb Diets

I think you are doing a good job with your workout with one exception. I don''t think you need to do the treadmill at that high of an incline, instead I would shoot for 30 minutes on the treadmill at a brisk pace to keep your heart rate up. You do also need to lift weights like you are currently doing, that will tone and firm your muscles and those muscles in-turn will burn more calories. Eating, watch your intake of breads (carbs) and eat lean meat like boneless, skinless chicken breast and fish, eat more fruits and vegetables. Lastly, be consistent with your diet and exercise and you will slim down. Don''t pay so much attention to the weight scale because as you continue to workout your muscles will firm up but you will slim down, focus on the inches you lose. Good luck.
- Try HIIT (high intensity interval training). It will help burn fat and doesn''t require a lot of time to complete.
