Ill be going away on a holiday with my family in a month and I only just inspected my body (because summer is soon) and I have a bit of a bump on my belly (in other words fat) and my thighs and butt are a little big too, I really want and need a bikini ready body before I go on holidays since ill be in bathers the whole time. Is it okay to eat under your BMR?

I''m 5''6 and 130 lbs and trying to lose weight. My BMR (amount of calories I would burn in a day if I didn''t eat anything) is around 1400. But I''ve only been eating around 1100 calories a day. I''ve been hearing that this is bad for you?? By the way, I don''t eat wheat, gluten, or dairy products because of intolerance issues. So should I be eating more?   • If i were you i would add about 250 more calories a day... BMR is based on an average. Just eat an extra salad with spinach and have a grapefruit or something...your weight is right where it should be anyway.
