How to lose weight and keep it off?

Ok I''m 14, 5"6 150-160 lbs. I''m a competitve dancer. I''m not fat but I definately want to lose my excess weight. I want to lose major weight and keep it off. I don''t care how long it takes I just want to see unbelievable results. Help? Tips? Ideas? Also I''m a vegetarian

Eat each week , the same food you are currently eating but a little bit less. there will be a time (one months , two months, etc) when you will start feeling week. When you reach that point start eating a little bit more of food, until you feel you are ok. One suggestion. while limit yourself to eat only vegetables, what is wrong with eating fish,poultry,red meat in moderation?
