I need to save up money so I can''t go to the gym or anything (maybe sometimes) so is there any way to lose weight and tone up your body with exercises that don''t need machines or anything like that.
Right now I go to Aikido once a week and I''m jumping on the trampoline and sometimes going outside with my brother to do rolls and stuff like that.
So all I need is a schedule that will help me, not just tell me what I need to do.
I currently weight around 132 pounds and I want to go down to 120 till august.
