The 2009 Fattest Cities in America - Can the People in Those Cities Lose Weight Quickly?
Recommended Answer:
I am half way through my second week of insanity. I dont follow the diet (i already eat well on my own). I have not lost any weight but my cardio is SIGNIFICANTLY better than it was when i started. To give u some perspective im 123 pounds 5'5 so weight wont come off me as fast as with a bigger person. I feel stronger and more energized. The first day i could barely get through the warm up, and now on a good day i can go through the whole workout only taking a few extra (20 second at the most) breaks.
Its an extreamly hard workout, the hardest ive ever done! It really kicks your ass! You will get ripped doing this if you follow through and eat right, thats for sure. Im looking more at measurements than weight though since muscle weighs more than fat
- I am currently doing it! but i missed a week because of midterms and final papers... so im redoing the last week I have done and continuing with the program.
I did it for just two weeks and I saw my body transform already in that short time. It was a small change, but you could definitely tell i lost weight. The scale told me I went from 160 to 152, but thats mostly water weight. DO IT! and you have to really push yourself til you feel like you are going to vomit to get results!
answer mine please?
