i want to lose weight by around "4 to 5 pounds"
my frequent foods intake a day and activities:
-breakfast (8am) "1/2 cup of white rice+boiled egg/tofu"
-at work during the day i have my "milk coffee or fruit" (mostly slices of watermelon/melon/papaya)
-at 3 or 4 pm i have "1 cup of white rice+little sliced tuna+tofu/egg"
i do desk jobs, sit in front of computer for 9 hours a day 6 times a week
i "walk briskly" for about 7 minutes each (to and from work/ 6 times a week)
after work at 7 or 8 pm i mostly eat spinach or fries
do i eat lots, enough or less calories, how many calories should i eat a day to lose few/ 4 to 5 pounds and to stay slim?
please help me, thank you

If you are neither gaining nor losing, then you are eating the right amount of calories to stay the same weight.
You are already too thin. You should not lose additional weight.
