Just started alternate day fasting. Are these good calorie amounts for weight loss?

On up days I eat about 1,300 calories & on down days I eat about 300 calories. My metabolic rate is around 1,300. I don't even feel hungry on this diet.

how many calories should i eat a day to stay slim/healthy?

I''m 23 y o female, i''m 5 feet 3 inches and i weigh 112.2 lbs
i want to lose weight by around "4 to 5 pounds"
my frequent foods intake a day and activities:
-breakfast (8am) "1/2 cup of white rice+boiled egg/tofu"
-at work during the day i have my "milk coffee or fruit" (mostly slices of watermelon/melon/papaya)
-at 3 or 4 pm i have "1 cup of white rice+little sliced tuna+tofu/egg"
i do desk jobs, sit in front of computer for 9 hours a day 6 times a week
i "walk briskly" for about 7 minutes each (to and from work/ 6 times a week)
after work at 7 or 8 pm i mostly eat spinach or fries
do i eat lots, enough or less calories, how many calories should i eat a day to lose few/ 4 to 5 pounds and to stay slim?
