How many calories should a 4'11 130 lbs girl eat daily in order to lose weight?

I'm aiming to lose about 25 pounds by the end of this summer. I am exercising, doing 30 minutes of cardio and then jogging for about an hour 5 times a week.

It's said that a girl of my height and weight should only consume about 1200 calories daily, but since it's also said that I need the energy to burn off the calories, which means I should consume even more, I don't know how much I actually need. Help?
