if your having cocktails what really gets you "fat would be the extra 500 mg sugar from the pinapple extract or the super sugary frutiy drinks out there, the alcohol itself like rum and vodka etc, wont get you fat it carries calories but its not really enough, and by the time you have "enough" calories from the alcohol, youll probably be throwing up making you "skinny"
