Okay, so I''m a girl, 13, 5''2 and I weigh about 180 lbs. I''m always insecure and always have been. This is how I have always been even when I do sports and work out. I would I have a mildly poor diet. Since the school year is coming to an end, I want to look good in a dress for my 8th grade graduation. My goal is to get to 140 at least. I''m also doing track and field to get in shape and right now I jog for about 15 minutes and as I said, mildly poor diet. I want to lose weight fast and easy, how can I though? HELP!!
